Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Voxluma never sees, stores, or touches your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe — the same infrastructure trusted by Amazon, Google, Shopify, and millions of businesses worldwide. Stripe holds PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the highest standard in the payments industry, and all transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial data never passes through our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your account settings or via our
support form. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit my 150 request limit?
On the Basic plan, you'll see a message when you reach 150 requests for the month. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited requests, or wait until the next billing period when your count resets.
Can I change from Basic to Pro?
Yes — contact us via our support form and we'll upgrade your account immediately. We'll prorate the difference for the current month.
Is the AI content really personalised to my business?
Yes. During onboarding you tell us your business name, location, industry, tone, and goals. Every agent uses this context on every request — so the output is written specifically for your business, not a generic template.
What if I'm not happy with the output?
Just ask again with more specific instructions, or try a different prompt. The agents improve with better context. If you're consistently unhappy, contact us — we want to know so we can improve the product.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely with Supabase and never sold to third parties. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API under their privacy policy. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
