By using Voxluma, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Voxluma is an AI-powered marketing platform for small businesses. We provide four AI agents — content creation, lead generation, campaign analysis, and SEO research — to help you market your business. Paid plans also include Clara, a document assistant that helps you understand contracts, leases, and agreements in plain English.

2. Your account

• You can create an account with your email address or by using "Continue with Google"
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be 18 or older to use Voxluma
• One account per person or business

3. Subscription and billing

• Free trial — 7 days free, no credit card required
• Basic plan — $9.99/month, 150 requests included
• Pro plan — $19.99/month, unlimited requests
• Billing is monthly, charged at the start of each period
• You can cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months, except at our discretion

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxluma to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Violate any applicable advertising laws or regulations
• Spam or harass other people
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Resell or sublicense access to Voxluma

5. AI-generated content

Voxluma uses AI to generate marketing content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. Always comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies for your industry.

6. Industry compliance

While Voxluma includes industry-specific guardrails, you remain responsible for ensuring your marketing complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to your industry (healthcare claims, legal advertising restrictions, real estate fair housing, etc.).

7. Intellectual property

Content you provide to Voxluma remains yours. AI-generated content produced using Voxluma is yours to use. Voxluma's platform, code, and brand are our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

Voxluma is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Clara — document review is not legal advice

Clara, our document assistant, is available on paid plans and helps you understand documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements. Clara explains what a document says, points out terms that may be unusual, and suggests questions to ask. Clara is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice. Nothing Clara produces is a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using Clara. Laws vary by location, and you are responsible for any decisions you make. For anything important or high-stakes, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Clara reads your uploaded document in your browser to extract its text; the document itself is not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for how document data is handled.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Voxluma after changes means you accept the new terms.
